What is Taekwon-Do all about

The pattern Won-Hyo is a significant step up from your previous patterns and exercises. It contains elements designed to test and develop your balancing skills as well as your coordination. At the grading you will be tested on your free sparring skills for the first time.


Grading Pattern - Won-Hyo

Won Hyo was a noted monk who introduced Buddhism into Korea in the Silla dynasty in 686 A.D.
