What is Taekwon-Do all about

You should now be more confident with your techniques, have better balanced stances and greater power in your strikes. Your pattern is Dan-Gun, which is a great pattern to learn. It contains a combination that allows you to use 'continous motion' for the first time. This will take some practice to master, so listen to the advice from your instructor. You will also be given 2 additional steps to learn in 3 step sparring.
