What is Taekwon-Do all about

At this level you will already be starting to become used to using your body in a more coordinated way. Outside of the dojang you should continue to work on your core fitness and look after yourself with healthy eating. This will be the first time you will be introduced to 3 step sparring, which is designed primarily to help you better judge distances. For more information on this have a look at our guidelines page.
